Missing VSiN emails in Gmail?

Follow the steps below to make sure you receive emails from VSiN.

Start by searching Gmail for VSiN. That helps you find past messages and see whether they’re landing in Spam or Promotions.

First, check your Spam folder

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Search for “VSiN”.
  3. Check your Spam folder.
  4. If you see a VSiN email there, open it.
  5. Click Report not spam.
This tells Gmail you want to receive emails from VSiN.

How to add VSiN to your Gmail contacts on desktop

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Find and open an email from VSiN.
  3. Hover over the sender name at the top of the email.
  4. A small contact card should appear.
  5. Click the Add to contacts icon.

  1. Open the Gmail app.
  2. Search for “VSiN”.
  3. Open an email from VSiN.
  4. Tap the sender name at the top of the email.
  5. If available, tap Add to contacts.
  6. Save the contact.

If you do not see that option:

  1. Open the Contacts app on your phone.
  2. Tap Create contact or the + button.
  3. Enter:
    Name: VSiN
    Email: [email protected]
  4. Tap Save.

Best option: create a Gmail filter

For the strongest protection, you can create a Gmail filter that tells Gmail to never send VSiN emails to Spam.

  1. Open Gmail on a computer.
  2. Click the settings/filter icon in the search bar.
  3. Enter the VSiN sending email address in the From field:
    [email protected]
  4. Click Create filter.
  5. Select Never send it to Spam.
  6. Optional: Select Categorize as Primary.
  7. Click Create filter.
Tip: This step is easiest from a computer.

Seeing VSiN in Promotions?

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Go to the Promotions tab.
  3. Find an email from VSiN.
  4. Drag it into the Primary tab.
  5. If Gmail asks whether to do this for future messages, choose Yes.
