Milwaukee Bucks at Phoenix Suns (-3, 246.5)

Milwaukee might be short-handed tonight when it faces Phoenix tonight. Damian Lillard is questionable to play with an ankle injury, and Brook Lopez could miss his third consecutive game due to personal reasons. The number will move if either or both play tonight, but even if both are available this is a matchup the Suns can take advantage of.

The Bucks have not improved their play defensively in any way under Doc Rivers. When they play with a traditional big they revert to drop coverage, and when they go small there are still exploitable defenders to attack. Both the Trail Blazers and Jazz lit them up for over 1.2 points per possession recently, both losses.

Phoenix obviously has the firepower to exploit those issues tonight. If Lopez plays both Devin Booker and Bradley Beal can eviscerate the drop coverage defense. Should Lopez miss the game and Milwaukee plays small-ball then the Suns can go after the weaker defenders on the floor with any one of their big three. It seems like a simple ask for Phoenix to have offensive success and go over its team total tonight.
