NJIT vs. Massachusetts

Massachusetts entered Saturday averaging 17.9 more points per 100 possessions at home than on the road. As one of the most uptempo teams in the nation, they rank 20th in possessions per game at home. They’ll face an NJIT team that was ranked 276th nationally in points allowed per possession entering Saturday.

Pick: NJIT vs. Massachusetts Over 139.5 (Greg’s Handicapped Total: 144.5)

Norfolk State vs. Stony Brook

Stony Brook is likely to get plenty of second-chance scoring opportunities against a Norfolk State team ranked 355th in defensive rebound rate, allowing opponents to grab 38.7% of their missed shots. Norfolk State’s strong 80.7% free throw shooting is partially neutralized by Stony Brook’s defense, which ranks 50th in limiting free throws per possession.

Missouri State vs. Oral Roberts

Oral Roberts’ identity revolves around taking and making 3-point shots. On Sunday, they’ll face a Missouri State defense that has allowed opponents to make 38.7% of their 3-point attempts in road games this season. Meanwhile, Oral Roberts ranks 361st in opponent field goal percentage.

Quinnipiac vs. Stonehill

Quinnipiac returns a largely unchanged core from last season, with the team shooting 34.5% from beyond the arc last year. However, they are hitting only 24.2% of their 3-point attempts this season. They’ll face a Stonehill team that entered Saturday ranked 196th in points allowed per possession and 273rd in turnovers per possession on offense.

North Alabama vs. Wofford

Wofford entered Saturday ranked 346th in points allowed per possession and faces a North Alabama offense that has been efficient on the road, shooting 36.5% from 3-point range. North Alabama ranks 134th in points per possession, while Wofford sits at 196th in this category.

South Carolina State vs. Xavier

Xavier has been significantly better on offense at home, ranking 57th in points per possession at home, compared to 304th on the road. They’ll face a South Carolina State team that plays at a solid pace, ranking 135th in possessions per game.
