Minnesota vs. Indiana

7:00 PM Eastern

Minnesota has slowed their games down significantly, ranking 354th in total possessions per game while also being 15th in points allowed per possession in games played away from home this season. They face an Indiana team that is 272nd in turnovers per possession.

Pick: Minnesota vs. Indiana Under 140.5 (Greg’s Handicapped Total: 134.5)

Charleston Southern vs. South Carolina State

7:00 PM Eastern

South Carolina State entered Sunday ranked 296th in the country in turnovers per possession on offense at home, with a defense that allows the second most points per possession at home of any team in the country. Meanwhile, Charleston Southern has already proven they can secure big road wins, such as defeating Miami on the road just over a week ago.

Hofstra vs. Norfolk State

Hofstra’s offense is not as strong as in past seasons, ranking 315th in points scored per possession. Their defense is also 301st in turnovers per possession. If the game is tight, Norfolk State’s free-throw shooting (78.8%, 24th in the country as of Sunday) might be the difference in covering the spread.

Meanwhile, VCU entered Sunday 110th nationally in points scored per possession and 265th in total possessions per game.

Abilene Christian vs. Baylor

Baylor’s offense is far more efficient at home than on the road, making 43.6% of their 3-point attempts at home compared to 32.7% on the road. They also average the most points per possession of any team in the nation at home. On the other hand, Abilene Christian ranks 48th in the country in points per possession away from home.
