Tennessee vs. Oklahoma
Tennessee ranks second in the country in points per possession allowed and both teams are great at guarding the 3-point line. Tennessee only allows teams to make 26.7% of their 3-point shots, which leads the nation. Oklahoma is fifth in this category, allowing teams to shoot 28.2% from 3-point range.
Pick: Tennessee vs. Oklahoma Under 139.5 (Greg’s Handicapped Total 133.5)
Florida Atlantic vs. Tulsa
Florida Atlantic ranks 238th in the country in points per possession allowed and 361st in opponents 3-point shooting percentage. Tulsa is 194th in points per possession allowed per possession and will likely be in a track meet with a Florida Atlantic team that is 18th in total possessions per game.
Pick: Florida Atlantic vs. Tulsa Over 149.5
1:00 p.m. ET
Michigan vs. Indiana
Michigan’s biggest issue is turnovers, ranking 331st in turnovers per possession on offense, but should not have more clean possessions against an Indiana team that ranks 288th in turnovers forced per possession. Michigan is sixth in the nation in field goal shooting percentage. Indiana is 126th in points per possession on offense and 143rd in points per possession allowed on defense.
Pick: Michigan -2.5 (Greg’s Handicap Michigan -6)
2:00 p.m. ET
Illinois Chicago vs. Southern Illinois
Southern Illinois ranks 281st in the country in points per possession at home while their defense is 245th overall in points per possession allowed and Illinois Chicago should take advantage of Southern Illinois being 297th in opponent 3-point shooting percentage and Illinois Chicago 36th in road 3-point shooting percentage at 37.3%.
Pick: Illinois Chicago +1 (Greg’s Handicap Illinois Chicago -5.5)
UNC Wilmington vs. Drexel
Drexel is allowing teams to make just 27.2% of their 3-point shots at home against them, which ranks 24th in the country while also ranking 40th in rebound percentage. UNC Wilmington has allowed teams to make 35.9% of their 3-point shots away from home, which Drexel should exploit with making 36.3% of their 3-point shots in home games.
Pick: Drexel +4 (Greg’s Handicap Drexel -1)
Wofford vs. Mercer
Wofford enters Saturday 350th in road 3-point shooting defense, with teams making 39% of their 3-point shots against them and 340th in turnovers forced per possession. Mercer is 142nd in turnovers forced per possession at home. Additionally, both teams shot horribly at the free throw line, but Wofford 65% free throw shooting percentage on the road is a concern.
Pick: Mercer +2.5 (Greg’s Handicap Mercer -2.5)
Robert Morris vs. Northern Kentucky
Robert Morris should exploit a Northern Kentucky defense that is allowing teams to make 38.5% of their 3-point shots, which ranks 355th in the country. Northern Kentucky is only making 31% of their 3-point shots, which ranks 303rd, and Robert Morris has the edge on the glass, ranking 67th in the nation in rebound percentage to Northern Kentucky’s ranking of 248th.
Pick: Robert Morris +2.5 (Greg’s Handicap Robert Morris -2.5)
Cornell vs. Yale
Yale overall ranks 76th in the country in points per possession allowed, but are allowing teams to make 37.6% of their 3-point shots away from home, which ranks 317th in the country. Overall, they allow 21.4 points more per 100 possessions away from home than at home. Cornell and Yale are two of the most efficient mid-major offenses in the nation, with Yale seventh in points per possession away from home and Cornell 26th in points per possession overall.
Pick: Cornell +4 And Over 157 (Greg’s Handicap Cornell -2 and Total 164)

The Kansas State defense has had issues guarding the perimeter this season, ranking 265th in opponent 3-point shooting percentage and 129th in points per possession allowed overall, with the first game these teams played on January 18 being at 84-74 win for Kansas in Lawrence.
Pick: Kansas -3.5 and Over 140.5 (Greg’s Handicap Kansas -7.5 and Total 143.5)
3:00 p.m. ET
Providence vs. Butler
Both teams play at a slow tempo. Providence is 264th in total possessions per game and Butler 272nd. Providence is 163rd in points per possession on offense and 296th in turnovers per possession on offense, but also 46th in defensive rebound percentage in games away from home.
Pick: Providence vs. Butler Under 145 (Greg’s Handicapped Total 140.5)
4:00 p.m. ET
Florida vs. Auburn
While Auburn enters Saturday averaging the most points per possession of any offense in the nation, Florida’s defense is eighth in points per possession allowed and fourth in opponent 3-point shooting percentage. Though guard Walter Clayton is dealing with an injury, Florida’s offense is 10th in the nation in points per possession and ranking second in road rebound percentage.
Pick: Florida +9.5 (Greg’s Handicap Illinois Florida +7.5)
5:00 p.m. ET
Middle Tennessee vs. Kennesaw State

Kennesaw State is 269th in points per possession, with their turnover percentage ranking 329th being a big reason. Pick: Middle Tennessee +3.5 (Greg’s Handicap Middle Tennessee -2.5)
6:30 p.m. ET

The Clemson offense enters ranked 30th in points per possession and 17th in 3-point shooting percentage at 38.4% while their defense has the advantage in generating turnovers, ranking 51st in turnovers forced per possession. Duke is 125th in the department.
Pick: Clemson +7.5 (Greg’s Handicap Clemson +5.5)
8:00 p.m. ET
Montana vs. Northern Arizona
Northern Arizona has the edge on the boards, ranking fifth in the nation in defensive rebound percentage, allowing teams to grab a rebound on only 21.6% of their missed shots and have been better at guarding the perimeter at home. Opponents make 37.5% of their 3-point shots against Northern Arizona away from home compared to 32.4% at home. Montana is allowing teams to shoot 40.8% from 3-point range in road and neutral court games, the fourth-worst mark in the country.
Pick: Northern Arizona +2 (Greg’s Handicap Northern Arizona -5)
Oral Roberts vs. South Dakota
Though South Dakota is 48th in the country in points per possession and seventh in total possessions per game, Oral Roberts is 276th in points per possession and face a South Dakota defense that is allowing 12.5 points per 100 possessions fewer at home than away from home.
