#2 Maybe It’s Time (12-1 morning line odds) has improved in recent starts and continually outfinished his long odds in those races. Trainer Mike Gorham has an inordinate number of second-place finishes in recent weeks at Delaware (five of last 11 starters), often an indicator of a barn about to heat up. Good post draw, and it may be time to end the long losing streak for this one.
