Mr. Ed’s Saratoga Picks:

TRACKING MR. ED: Travers Day lived up to its advanced billing — “the fourth best day in American racing.” The program had it all: best-in-class thoroughbreds, the most talented jockeys and trainers in the game, super-smart fans, and nothing but blue skies and sunshine all around Upstate New York. Impressive winners included Travers Champion FIERCENESS and champion sprinters Domestic Product and Mullikin. When all was said and run, races featured excellent performances by riders Flavien Prat with four trips to the Winner’s Circle, Tyler Gaffalione and Joel Rosario with three winners each, Johnny Velasquez’s thrilling Travers triumph, and conditioners Mark Casse and Todd Pletcher, each with two victories. The average $2 Win ticket paid $15.56. Let’s look at Sunday’s Saratoga picks.
