VSiN, The Sports Betting Network and iHeartMedia are bringing sports betting content to DC radio listeners for the first time, announcing the launch of VSiN’s leading sports betting content on three different channels throughout the area. Beginning today, listeners can hear VSiN programming on AM 1190 WCRW; W284CQ 104.7-FM; and in crystal-clear, free HD Radio on WWDC-FM 101.1-HD2. The sports betting network’s content will air on each of these stations overnight from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. ET, as well as the entire weekend from 5 p.m. Friday night until 6 a.m. ET on Monday.

The three stations, which include iHeart’s 50,000-watt AM station and strong complimentary signals on FM and the HD channel, bring sports betting content to the region for the first time, where regulated sports betting is available in Washington D.C., Virginia, and, most recently, Maryland. VSiN’s distinctive content includes “VSiN PrimeTime” with Tim Murray and former NFL quarterback Shaun King each weeknight, “The Lombardi Line” with former NFL executive, Michael Lombardi weekend mornings, and Sunday morning pregame show, “Countdown to Kickoff with Brent Musburger.”

Recently, VSiN announced a content distribution deal with Gow Media that cemented its position as the nation’s largest sports betting radio network and is one of the most widely distributed sports radio networks of any kind. This deal more than doubles VSiN’s terrestrial radio affiliate network overall, expanding the sports betting network’s ability to reach the growing number of Americans wagering on sports. Beginning on January 9, 2023, VSiN content will air on all of Gow’s SportsMap stations.
As of that date, VSiN will air more live sports betting audio content than any other provider in the country. The sports betting network is also one of the largest producers of sports betting focused podcasts, with a catalog of more than 15 podcasts that regularly draw more than five million downloads a month.
