This line opened with the Blue Jays listed as a -150 road favorite and the Marlins a +135 home dog. Sharps are buying low on Toronto after a pair of losses, steaming the Jays up from -150 to -155. Toronto is receiving 60% of bets but 70% of money, signaling modest public support but also heavy smart money. Road Interleague favorites are 69-35 (66%) this year, producing a 13% ROI. AL East favorites playing non-AL East teams are 121-49 (71%) with a 16% ROI. Berrios has a 1.37 ERA in three June starts. The Jays are 7-1 in Berrios’ last eight starts. The Rockies (29-45) have lost five straight games and just got swept at the Braves, losing 14-6 on Sunday as +250 road dogs. On the flip side, the Reds (37-35) have won eight straight games and just swept the Astros, winning 9-7 yesterday as +130 road dogs. In tonight’s series opener, Colorado hands the ball to lefty Austin Gomber (4-6, 7.29 ERA) and Cincinnati counters with fellow southpaw Brandon Williamson (1-0, 5.40 ERA). This line opened with the Reds listed as a -150 home favorite and the Rockies a +135 road dog. Sharps are riding the hot hand, steaming Cincinnati up from -150 to -160. The Reds are receiving 88% of bets and 90% of money, indicating a heavy combination of both Pro and Joe support. Home favorites off a win receiving 5-cents of steam or more are 115-56 (67%) this season, producing a 9% ROI. The Reds are 14-9 against lefties this season (as opposed to 23-26 against righties). Colorado is in a fade spot, going 26-39 as a dog and 13-26 on the road. Pros also hit the over, raising the total from 9.5 to 10.
