As always, Adam Burke will have daily best bets to give you some ideas of what to back when it comes to moneylines, run lines and totals. However, I’m tackling player props here, and I’m targeting Bryce Harper, Elly De La Cruz and Patrick Corbin on Tuesday, July 18th. Keep reading to find out how I’m betting on all of them.

Here are our favorite MLB prop bets for Tuesday, July 18th:

Milwaukee Brewers at Philadelphia Phillies (-195, 9.5)

It’s hard to have better numbers than Bryce Harper has against Julio Teheran. Harper is 19 for 47 with three doubles, nine homers and 21 RBIs against the righty, which is good for a .404 batting average — and he also has a 1.576 OPS against him. With that said, it was an easy decision to back Harper to go Over his total bases prop today. And I don’t hate a flier on Harper to go yard either.

It doesn’t hurt that Harper enters this game seeing the ball rather well. He’s 4 for 8 over his last two games, and he has two doubles and a homer in that span. On top of that, Harper enters this one on a five-game hitting streak. So, it’s not hard to get on board with the idea of him having multiple hits or one big one.

Bet: Harper Over 1.5 Total Bases (-115)

San Francisco Giants (-135, 11) at Cincinnati Reds

This game has the highest total on the board today, so it makes sense to try and find a prop on one of the hitters. And I’m going with the electric Elly De La Cruz to score at least one run for the Reds. De La Cruz hasn’t scored a run in four consecutive games, but he had scored seven in the previous six games before the recent dry spell. With that in mind, it feels like him scoring is a little overdue.

De La Cruz has also hit righties harder than lefties in his first stint in the bigs, as he’s batting .301 with two triples, three doubles and four homers against right-handed pitching this year. With that in mind, I like the matchup with Anthony DeSclafani to result in De La Cruz getting on base a few times. And De La Cruz has one of the best sets of wheels in baseball, so I like his chances of scoring when he’s on.

Bet: De La Cruz Over 0.5 Runs Scored (-120)

Washington Nationals at Chicago Cubs (-175, 9)

While everybody on the planet likes to fade Patrick Corbin, I’ve won quite a few bets betting on the lefty. The reality is that he can still be useful in certain matchups, and I think this is one in which the 33-year-old could find some success. Corbin also happens to be coming into this start after having given up one or fewer earned runs in two out of his last three outings. So, his confidence should be pretty high out there.

Tonight, I’m simply playing Corbin to strike out at least five against the Cubs. This is a mark that Corbin has reached in two of his last three trips to the hill, and he has also had six starts in which he has struck out at least five batters. Now, Corbin faces a Cubs team that has the sixth-highest strikeout rate in the league against southpaws. It’s also a team that he already dominated earlier in the year, as he struck out six batters in 7.0 innings of two-run ball back on May 4th.

Bet: Corbin Over 4.5 Strikeouts (+110)
