Seattle Mariners vs. Toronto Blue Jays

The Blue Jays are giving Trey Yesavage his sixth career start, and he’s been electric in a small sample size, posting a 3.86 ERA with 12 strikeouts per nine innings. He now faces a Mariners lineup that ranks third in road scoring with 5.1 runs per game. The Blue Jays’ offense, however, has been even better, leading the league in scoring since the All-Star Break with nearly 5.6 runs per game. They’ll face Mariners starter Logan Gilbert, who allowed three runs—two earned—in Game Two of this series while pitching on short rest. Gilbert returns on regular rest after posting a 3.44 ERA with 11.9 strikeouts and 2.1 walks per nine innings during the regular season.

Picks: Blue Jays Moneyline -118 and Under 7.5 Runs (Greg’s Handicap: Blue Jays -122, Total 7.3)
