Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Toronto Blue Jays

The Blue Jays are giving Trey Yesavage his seventh career start, and he’s been a strikeout machine in his small sample size, posting a 3.72 ERA with 11.8 strikeouts per nine innings. However, he’s also allowing over 4.3 walks per nine innings and faces a Dodgers lineup averaging nearly 5.1 runs per game between the regular season and postseason—the most of any National League team. Yesavage is backed by a Blue Jays lineup that leads the league in scoring since the All-Star Break with 5.6 runs per game, while Dodgers starting pitcher Blake Snell owns a 1.97 ERA between the regular season and playoffs with 10.9 strikeouts per nine innings, allowing three runs or fewer in 13 of his 14 starts this season. Behind him is a Dodgers bullpen that has posted a 4.88 ERA this postseason, compared to the Blue Jays’ 5.24 bullpen ERA.

Picks: Dodgers Run Line -1.5 +115 and Over 7.5 Runs (Greg’s Handicap: Dodgers Run Line -1.5 +112, Total 7.7)
