Angels starting pitcher Jack Kochanowicz has a 5.44 ERA, allowing 1.6 home runs and 4.2 walks per nine innings. The Angels bullpen has a 5.22 ERA, which ranks 27th in the league. They face a Blue Jays lineup that leads the American League in home scoring with 5.4 runs per game. Toronto’s starter, Max Scherzer, has allowed five runs in 10 innings over his two starts since returning from the injured list.

On the other side, Nationals starter Mitchell Parker has a 4.63 ERA and has given up three or more runs in three of his past four starts. Washington’s bullpen ranks dead last with a 5.91 ERA.

White Sox starter Jonathan Cannon has a 4.59 ERA and gets a Rockies lineup scoring 4.1 runs per game (19th in MLB).
