Texas Rangers vs. Pittsburgh Pirates 

Rangers starting pitcher Jacob deGrom has dazzled with a 2.19 ERA this season and two runs or fewer allowed in 11 straight starts. He faces a Pirates lineup whose 3.2 runs per game rank last in the league, though the Rangers are 26th in offense with just over 3.6 runs per game. They face Pirates starting pitcher Mike Burrows, who owns a 4.24 ERA with 9.6 strikeouts per nine innings, but has been even better in his past three starts with three total runs allowed.

Baltimore Orioles vs. New York Yankees 

Yankees starting pitcher Max Fried owns a 1.78 ERA with only 0.6 home runs and two walks per nine innings. He faces an Orioles lineup that has been banged up and gotten a lot of position players back off the injured list recently, but is still 26th with under 3.6 runs per game. The Orioles send Tomoyuki Sugano to the mound to face a Yankees team that has scored three runs or fewer in seven of their past eight games.

Detroit Tigers vs. Tampa Bay Rays  

Tigers starting pitcher Jack Flaherty has a 4.07 ERA with 10.7 strikeouts per nine innings allowed. He is backed up by a lineup that is fourth in the league in run creation with over 48 runs per game. Rays starting pitcher Shane Baz has allowed at least three runs in seven of his past eight starts. He has a 4.54 ERA and 4.77 fielding independent with 1.5 home runs and 3.5 walks per nine innings.

Chicago White Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays  

White Sox starting pitcher Davis Martin has a 3.79 ERA with only 2.1 walks per nine innings. He is backed up by a White Sox lineup whose 2.9 runs per game on the road is the second-fewest in baseball. Spencer Turnbull makes his first start of the season for Toronto, pitching 4 1/3 across two appearances this season. He is coming off a 2024 season with the Phillies in which he had a 2.65 ERA with 9.5 strikeouts per nine innings in 17 appearances, seven of which were starts.

Brewers starting pitcher Jake Misiorowski dazzled in his first career MLB start, supplying five strikeouts in five scoreless innings after posing a 2.13 ERA at AAA Nashville with 11.4 strikeouts per nine innings. Twins starting pitcher Joe Ryan has a 2.93 ERA with 10 strikeouts and 1.9 walks issued per nine innings. He is backed up by a bullpen that ranks 14th in ERA at 3.75.

Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Colorado Rockies

Rockies starting pitcher Austin Gomber is making only his second start of the season, pitching five scoreless innings on the road against the Atlanta Braves. He owns a lifetime 5.04 ERA with over 1.5 home runs per nine innings, while being backed up by a lineup that is only averaging 4.1 runs per game at home this season, which ranks 21st in the league.

Red Sox starting pitcher Hunter Dobbins owns a 3.74 ERA that goes up to a 4.74 on the road with 1.4 home runs per nine innings allowed away from home.
