Cincinnati Reds vs. Pittsburgh Pirates

Pirates starting pitcher Mitch Keller owns some pretty big home and road splits, posting a 4.11 ERA at home with just over 0.8 home runs per nine innings allowed compared to a 5.05 road ERA with 1.2 home runs per nine innings away from home while Reds starting pitcher Nick Lodolo owns a 3.42 ERA with one home runs and 1.5 walks per nine innings, and gets to face a Pirates lineup that is averaging just over three runs per game, the fewest in the league.

Pick: Cincinnati Reds vs. Pittsburgh Pirates Under 8 Runs (Greg’s Handicapped Total 7.6)

7:40 PM Eastern

Cleveland Guardians vs. Minnesota Twins

While Guardians starting pitcher Logan Allen has an ERA of 3.70, his fielding independent is 4.07 with 6.8 strikeouts and 4.4 walks per nine innings. Twins starting pitcher Bailey Ober owns a 3.74 ERA with a career-low 7.4 strikeouts per nine innings. He is backed by a Twins offense that is fourth in the American League in scoring at home with 4.7 runs per game.

Pick: Cleveland Guardians vs. Minnesota Twins Over 7.5 Runs (Greg’s Handicapped Total 8.2)

Baltimore Orioles vs. Milwaukee Brewers

Orioles starting pitcher Dean Kremer has been a mess this season, posting a 5.36 ERA with 1.8 home runs per nine innings allowed while Brewers starting pitcher Quinn Priester owns a 4.59 ERA with a 5.17 fielding independent with issuing 5.6 walks per nine innings, but faces an Orioles lineup that is 27th in runs per game on the road at 3.2.

Pick: Brewers Moneyline -116 and Over 8.5 Runs (Greg’s Handicap Brewers -143 and Total 8.8)

Kansas City Royals vs. San Francisco Giants

While Giants starting pitcher Robbie Ray owns a 3.04 ERA, his 3.75 fielding independent with 4.6 walks per nine innings is a concern. Royals starting pitcher Kris Bubic has been lights out with a 1.66 ERA, but has a 2.69 fielding independent. He faces a Giants lineup that is 10th in run production with just under 4.8 runs per game

Pick: Kansas City Royals vs. San Francisco Giants Over 7 Runs (Greg’s Handicapped Total 7.6)

Angels starting pitcher Jose Soriano owns a 3.46 ERA despite 7.3 strikeouts and four walks per nine innings allowed. He is backed up by a league-worst 7.04 ERA. Athletics starting pitcher JT Ginn has a 4.61 ERA despite a 6.25 fielding independent with 2.6 home runs and 4.4 walks per nine innings.
