Saturday Player Prop Best Bets

Below you’ll find my official plays on the player prop market for Saturday. These are the ones that make the VSiN Pro Picks page and count towards my season-long record. On Saturdays and Sundays, I’m going to keep these much shorter to cut down on my workload a little.

Kodai Senga Over 16.5 Outs Recorded (-107) vs. Athletics

Athletics at Mets – 4:10 pm ET

Senga has recorded at least 17 outs in his first two starts of the year, and he has looked really sharp for the Mets. He now faces an A’s offense that is 24th in baseball in wRC+ (87) this year. This feels like a strong enough matchup, so I’m riding the hot hand.

Brandon Williamson Over 15.5 Outs Recorded (+120) vs. Reds

Angels at Reds – 4:10 pm ET

Williamson just recorded 20 outs in an outing against the Marlins. He now faces an Angels team that was tied for 25th in MLB in wRC+ in 2025. And while Los Angeles was a little better against lefties than righties, the team wasn’t exactly strong against southpaws. That makes the plus-money odds on Williamson to go 5.1 innings pretty enticing.

Michael Wacha Over 17.5 Outs Recorded (-114 – 1.5 units) vs. White Sox

White Sox at Royals – 4:10 pm ET

I have been a little cold over the last couple of days, but the one area I have found success is going Over on Royals starters outs recorded against the White Sox. I’m not going away from it here. Wacha has recorded at least 18 outs in his last six starts against the White Sox.

Nick Martinez Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-110) vs. Yankees

Yankees at Rays – 6:10 pm ET

Martinez only had four strikeouts in his first start of the year, but I like him to reach five against my Yankees. New York was one of the five worst teams in baseball in strikeout rate (23.4%) against right-handed pitching last season.

Max Muncy Over 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (+120) vs. Rangers

Rangers at Dodgers – 9:10 pm ET

Muncy hit three bombs against the Rangers on Friday. That might mean he’s due for some regression tonight, but I can’t turn down plus-money odds for him to go Over 1.5 HRR. Last year, he averaged 2.3 HRR in home games against right-handed pitching.

Additional Picks

Bryce Harper Over 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-129) vs. Diamondbacks

Brandon Marsh Over 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-125) vs. Diamondbacks

Jose Fernandez Over 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (+105) vs. Phillies

Braxton Ashcraft Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-134) vs. Cubs

Byron Buxton Over 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-130) vs. Blue Jays

Chris Bassitt Over 15.5 Outs Recorded (-105) vs. Giants
