Tonight’s NBA action starts even before the first game tips off.

The NBA Draft Lottery will be held at 7 p.m. for the right to draft Duke star Cooper Flagg.

The Jazz, Wizards and Hornets all have a 14 percent chance of getting the No. 1 pick, followed by the Pelicans (12.5%) and 76ers (10.5%).

As for the games, we have two road favorites:

  • Game 4: Celtics (-6.5) at Knicks, 7:30 ET, ESPN. NY leads 2-1.
  • Game 4: Timberwolves (-5) vs. Warriors, 10 ET, ESPN. Minnesota leads 2-1.

VSiN.com senior editor Zach Cohen has posted his Best Bets and offers his opinion on the Celtics-Knicks:

Forgive me for using a tennis phrase, but it’s clear that the Celtics-Knicks series is on Boston’s racquet. Through three games, the Celtics have a defensive rating of 101.4. They’re doing a good job of slowing down Jalen Brunson and Co., and it’s hard to see that changing with Karl-Anthony Towns banged up. So, even with Boston needing to win another game at Madison Square Garden, the Celtics should get the job done as long as they play a decent game offensively.

Dan Karpuc, our new NBA props meister, has four wagers for your consideration, including this one:

Jayson Tatum Under 27.5 Points (-115, DraftKings)

Tatum has struggled mightily as a scorer in this series, and OG Anunoby is a major reason why. Through three games, Anunoby has matched up with Tatum on 119 defensive possessions and completely shut him down. In those 24 minutes and 53 seconds of direct coverage, Tatum has scored just six total points while shooting 2-of-10 from the field and committing three turnovers. You read that correctly.

Later this morningSteve Makinen will file his Analytics Report.

Sunday recap: The Pacers (+5) blew out the Cavs 129-109 in a game that wasn’t as close as the score would indicate. Indiana leads 3-1. The Thunder beat the Nuggets 92-87 but didn’t cover the closing -6.5. That series is tied at 2.
