Thursday Player Prop Best Bets
Below you’ll find my official plays on the player prop market for Thursday. These are the ones that make the VSiN Pro Picks page and count towards my season-long record.
Tobias Harris Over 13.5 Points (-115) vs. Timberwolves
Timberwolves at Pistons – 7:00 pm ET
Harris scored 18 points against the Timberwolves on March 28, going 7 for 10 in 28 minutes in a lopsided game. Well, I’m not sure what’s going to change here. This is yet another game in which the Pistons will be facing the Wolves without Cade Cunningham available. Harris will again be counted on to do some damage as a scorer, and he’ll be going to work against a Minnesota team that is missing Jaden McDaniels. That’s one of the best forward defenders in the league, so Harris’ job should be a little easier tonight. I just like Harris to do some good work in isolation, and I also think he’ll get himself to the line a little bit. All in all, 14 points seems like a reasonable ask.
Royce O’Neale Over 6.5 Points (-115) vs. Hornets
Suns at Hornets – 7:00 pm ET
O’Neale has played four games with Devin Booker, Dillon Brooks, Jalen Green, and Grayson Allen this season, which is significant considering the logjam Phoenix has at shooting guard and small forward. O’Neale has gone Over 6.5 points in three of the four games, averaging 10.0 points per game in the contests. O’Neale has just been a sniper from deep this season, shooting 40.7% on 6.8 three-point attempts per game. That type of volume is always easy to bet on, and O’Neale did shoot six triples against the Hornets back on March 8. He only knocked down one of those threes, but I’ll take a chance on him knocking down a few more here. He can also add some more points in transition, as a cutter, or as a driver. I just feel this total is a little too low — especially in what could be a high-scoring game.
Additional Picks
I added Ajay Mitchell To Win Sixth Man of the Year (30-1), risking 0.1u to win 3u. This is something I talked about on the 4/2/26 Hardwood Handicappers.
