Tuesday Player Prop Best Bets
Below you’ll find my official plays on the player prop market for Tuesday. These are the ones that make the VSiN Pro Picks page and count towards my season-long record.
Deni Avdija Over 39.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-112) vs. Raptors
Trail Blazers at Raptors – 7:30 pm ET
Jrue Holiday will miss tonight’s game, meaning we should see a pretty heavy dose of Avdija. In the last two games Avdija has played without Holiday, the talented wing is averaging 55.5 combined points, rebounds, and assists. Avdija is also going up against a Raptors team that is a bottom-five group when defending at the rim and defending spot-up 3s. That should mean a good game for Avdija, who is awesome at attacking downhill and can knock down catch-and-shoot triples.
Avdija should also do a good job of chipping in some rebound and assists. The latter should be somewhat easy, as he’ll get a lot of chances to run the offense. Avdija is a good point forward, capable of getting teammates looks. And considering this team is light on point guards right now, he might be their best bet when it comes to managing the flow of the game.
Overall, Avdija averages 25.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per game. He’s not far off the total of 39.5 on a nightly basis, and his role will be increased this evening.

Derik Queen Over 3.5 Assists (-102 – 1.5 units) & Queen Alt Assists 5+ (+190 – 0.5 units) & Queen Alt Assists 6+ (+420 – 0.25 units) vs. Timberwolves
Timberwolves at Pelicans – 8:00 pm ET
Queen is averaging 4.4 assists per game since the start of November, and he has had nine games with at least four assists in that time. Queen has also had at least five assists in six games, plus at least six assists in five of the games. When the rookie is given the runway to play his game, he’s capable of delivering as a disher. We just have to hope that James Borrego doesn’t yank him tonight. The interim head coach has been pretty quick to throw Yves Missi out there, as he seems to prefer the second-year big’s defense and rebounding.
However, I do think Queen will deliver if he gets at least 25 minutes tonight. This is a pretty rough spot for the Timberwolves, as they’re playing their third game in four nights and could struggle to get up for this game against one of the league’s worst teams. And if Minnesota isn’t as focused as usual, Queen will expose it with his court vision.
