Wednesday Player Prop Best Bets
Below you’ll find my official plays on the player prop market for Wednesday. These are the ones that make the VSiN Pro Picks page and count towards my season-long record.
Gui Santos Over 13.5 Points (-125) vs. Celtics
Warriors at Celtics – 7:00 pm ET
Santos has been great offensively for Golden State lately. He actually comes into this game having scored at least 14 points in seven consecutive contests, and he has also done so in 15 of the last 17. With that in mind, I’m happy to play him to score another 14 against Boston tonight. I know this Celtics team has been good defensively since the start of 2026, but they are relatively weak when it comes to defending catch-and-shoot jumpers. Those account for 46% of Santos’ points. Boston is also the second-worst team in the league guarding above-the-break 3s, where Santos scores 31% of his points. I just think Santos is going to have some good looks from deep tonight, and he’s also a threat to score some points as a cutter. On top of that, he’s pretty active on the offensive glass. Santos has also had some strong games against good defensive teams recently. Over the course of this seven-game stretch, he has seen Houston, Oklahoma City, Minnesota, and New York.
Scoot Henderson Over 13.5 Points (-125) vs. Pacers
Trail Blazers at Pacers – 7:30 pm ET
Henderson has been playing really well since the start of March. This month, he’s averaging 15.0 points and 3.0 assists per game in 23.5 minutes per game, and he’s shooting 45.5% from 3. Henderson has also been torching some of the league’s worst defenses, averaging 21.0 points per game in the four games he has played against bottom-five groups. Well, the Pacers are No. 26 in the NBA in adjusted defensive rating (117.5). And we actually already saw Henderson get a crack at this team on March 8, when he had 28 points on 10 for 15 shooting from the floor and 3 for 7 shooting from 3. Indiana is just a bottom-five defense when it comes to guarding in isolation and defending PnR ball handlers, and the team is also 29th in the NBA defending inside 10 feet. The Pacers don’t have much of an answer for Henderson’s ability to put his head down and attack the cup. And if he’s shooting the 3-ball well, look out. My only concern here is a Portland blowout win, meaning Henderson plays 20 minutes or fewer. But I’m firing this up anyway.
