The 2026 edition of Wimbledon is officially underway at the All England Club in London. We’ve broken down the day’s best tennis betting picks, digging into matchup tactics, surface tendencies, and current form to find the sharpest edges on the board. Whether you’re betting the moneyline, game spread, set spread, or total, our 2026 Wimbledon best bets are designed to help you profit. I’m dropping some of my favorite plays for Wednesday, July 1 below, but make sure you also monitor the picks page. I usually have a few more picks over there, plus I occasionally add plays based on the way lines are moving. That’s also where Gill Alexander posts his bets.

Jenson Brooksby vs. Ignacio Buse

Buse has really turned some heads this season, posting a 14-12 record and winning a 500-level title in Hamburg. His game is extremely impressive, as he moves well and has some serious weapons. However, Buse is 2-3 on grass early in his career, so he hasn’t quite proven that his game meshes well with the quicker conditions. We’re about to find out.

Brooksby has had a strange career, but he’s a tough player to beat in a best-of-five setting. He’s a very good counter-puncher, he can change up the way he feeds opponents the ball, and he can finish points at the net. The main concern with Brooksby is the serve. You never know when it’ll come and go, but serving on grass at least makes it a little tougher to return.

Brooksby just has the ability to make Buse earn a win, and I’m not sure we’ll see the Peruvian do it. In this environment, I believe Brooksby is the better bet to advance.

Bet: Brooksby ML (-133)

Tatjana Maria vs. Iva Jovic

Jovic is 26-15 since the start of the 2026 season, she has an impressive all-court game, and she’s No. 16 in the world. Jovic also happens to be 20 years younger than her opponent in this one. However, with that age gap comes a major difference in experience. Maria has played 59 more grass-court matches. That should lead to a major edge in comfortability for the veteran. Also, not only has Maria played a lot of grass-court tennis, she has won a ton on this surface.

Maria is 35-29 on grass at the WTA level, and it’s not like the 38-year-old racked those wins up way earlier in her career. She’s 10-4 on grass in the 2026 season alone, and she went to a final in Eastbourne a few days ago.

Maria’s just a very good server, plus she throws opponents off with her off-speed stuff in rallies. She can go out there and frustrate any opponent, and I do think she’s going to have Jovic’s head spinning in this one. Perhaps Jovic will find a way to figure it out and advance, but I like Maria to win at least one set — and I think she’ll have her chances to win outright.

Bet: Maria +1.5 Sets (-115 – 1.5 units) & Maria ML (+240 – 0.5 units)

Barbora Krejcikova vs. Mirra Andreeva

It’s not often that we see Krejcikova reach the level that helped her win a Wimbledon title in 2024, but it comes out for a couple of weeks each year. Well, we might be in the midst of one of those stretches. Krejcikova reached the final of the grass-court event in ‘s-Hertogenbosch earlier in June, making her seem dangerous at the right time. That makes this a tough match for Andreeva.

Andreeva was able to win a title at Roland Garros, getting on the board with her first major. However, backing that up and making a deep run at Wimbledon will be difficult, and that’s especially true with this being a grass-court event. Andreeva has only played 15 matches on grass in her career, and she’s only 8-7 in the matches. She just doesn’t have the same experience on this surface as she does on others, and I do wonder if it’ll take some time for her game to come around here. Andreeva’s serve and forehand can still be a little inconsistent, and those are needed weapons in order to do big things on grass.

The result of this one will ultimately come down to Krejcikova’s level. If she’s hitting her spots with her serve, she should make this a competitive three-set war.

Bet: Krejcikova +1.5 Sets (-133 – 1.5 units) & Krejcikova ML (+190 – 0.5 units)

2026 W-L Record: 893-1028 (+8.69 units)
