The Rays play at Arizona starting tonight Thus far, Tampa Bay has played 19 of 22 games at home. In their only road series (at Texas), they got swept and scored nine runs while batting .230/.257/.340.
Tampa Bay’s 105 plate appearances on the road are 202 fewer than any other team in the league. By the end of May, the Rays will have played 46% of their home games for the regular season.
