🏀 NBA: Game 7!
The defending NBA champion Thunder is a 4.5-point favorite against the Spurs on Saturday night after San Antonio rolled to a 118-91 victory Thursday to force a winner-take-all Game 7.

Meanwhile, the Knicks announced that center Mitchell Robinson fractured his right pinky. His status for Game 1 of the NBA Finals remains uncertain. It’s unclear when or how the Robinson suffered the injury.

Hopefully this one delivers

Heading into the Western Conference Finals, everyone was hoping for a Game 7 between the Thunder and Spurs. Well, despite the fact that these games haven’t been as compelling as expected, we are getting a decider on Saturday.

With San Antonio winning Game 6 by 27 points, this series is all tied up at 3. Victor Wembanyama, after a lousy Game 5 performance, set the tone for the Spurs with 28 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in only 28 minutes.

While Wembanyama starred, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a nightmare performance for OKC. The back-to-back MVP scored only 15 points, shooting 6-for-18 from the floor and 0-for-5 from three.

Right now, Gilgeous-Alexander looks like a player dealing with some serious fatigue. Fortunately for Oklahoma City, there will be time to rest after Saturday. First, he needs to show up in Game 7.

My first instinct would be to back the home team, especially if the number gets close to -150 like it did on Tuesday. But this has been a strange series, and the officiating continues to play a major role in the outcomes.

Hopefully this game delivers.

🏒 NHL: One more hurdle
The Hurricanes are -238 favorites to eliminate the Canadiens (+195) tonight (8 ET, TNT). Carolina leads the series 3-1.

With the Golden Knights already waiting, a Carolina win would set the Stanley Cup Final matchup.

If the series ends tonight, Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final will be Tuesday in Raleigh.
