Straight Talk Wireless 400:
The sixth race of 36 scheduled for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season is at Homestead-Miami Speedway on March 22 and it is the Straight Talk Wireless 400. This used to be the site of the final race of the year, but that changed in 2020. It was still the site of a playoff race the last three years, but that has changed and there is now a spring race.

2025 NASCAR Cup Series Standings
After picking up his third top-five finish of the season, William Byron extended his points lead over Christopher Bell. Bell actually has three wins on the season to go with a Stage 2 win and the most laps led two weeks ago at Phoenix. Those are the only two drivers with three top-five finishes thus far.
Tyler Reddick has a couple and had the fastest lap in Las Vegas last week, but ultimately finished 24th. Byron has 207 points, while Bell has 178 and Reddick has 159, the same total as Chase Elliott. Alex Bowman rounds out the top five with four top-10 finishes. Byron, Bell, and shocking winner Josh Berry are the only drivers to take a victory lap thus far.
Straight Talk Wireless 400 Winners
There may not be a surprising winner this week. The last four winners here are Reddick, Bell, Larson, and Byron. Larson actually has five top-five finishes in the last 11 starts at Homestead-Miami. Logano and Reddick have four top-five finishes recently, but Reddick’s have come in the last five races, while Logano’s are in the last 16.
You might want to look for guys that have had success on 1.5-mile ovals, as this is a pretty standard track.
