What a difference a week makes. Just seven days ago, our biggest worry at the Tuley’s Takes home office was what it would be like to handicap NCAA tournament games played without fans. The coronavirus looked like an international crisis that was “over there” and would not affect our lives in the U.S., especially our preferred activity of sports betting.
