“Circa Survivor: The Quest for $14.2 Million” Begins Airing August 5 on VSiN, The Sports Betting Network
LAS VEGAS – (July 29, 2025) – VSiN, The Sports Betting Network, announces that it will air the second season of the betting industry’s first docuseries to bring viewers behind the scenes of the world’s biggest legal betting contest. “Circa Survivor: The Quest for $14.2 Million” debuts its first episode Tuesday, August 5 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on VSiN.com and YouTubeTV. A preview of this original series and full show schedule are available here.
Produced by Longball Productions, the high-stakes sports betting docuseries follows contestants as they navigate their way through the 2024 Circa Sports Circa Survivor Pro Football Contest, the largest sports contest in the world, with a prize of $14.2 million. “Circa Survivor: The Quest for $14.2 Million” captures the excitement and drama of this high-stakes contest, as well as the characters involved, to see who will win a life-changing, winner-take-all prize. This year highlights familiar faces and new contestants alike, including celebrity sightings like Dana White, CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship and former Major League Baseball pitcher, Greg Maddux.
“VSiN fans can’t get enough of our contest coverage, so we’re thrilled to bring back ‘Circa Survivor: The Quest for $14.2 Million’ for another season,” said Bill Adee, CEO at VSiN. “With more contestants and even more money on the line, the drama is bigger, the stakes are higher, and the stories are even more compelling. This docuseries offers a front-row seat to one of the most intense competitions in sports betting. It’s not just for bettors, it’s must-watch TV for anyone who loves strategy, suspense, and big personalities chasing the prize of a lifetime.”
Hosted by sports betting venture Circa Sports, Circa Survivor requires each contestant to walk through the door to sign up, giving the docuseries filmmakers access to sports betting enthusiasts nationwide. Once signed up, contestants make their weekly picks through a local proxy service or in person, where producers follow the thrills and agony of this wild ride through the pro football season. The series features a vast array of characters and incredible stories, including fan favorites and players that viewers will love to hate.
Derek Stevens, CEO of Circa Sports, said, “Each year, Circa Sports’ professional football contests get bigger and bigger, with 2024 bringing our largest Circa Survivor payout to date. So, it was fitting to catch every moment of the action with a second season of ‘Circa Survivor: The Quest for $14.2 Million.’Our colleagues at Longball Productions did an excellent job of showcasing the high-stakes nature of this contest and the unmatched prizes awarded. We’re thrilled that it will be aired on VSiN for another season.”
The 2024 season’s worth of content was condensed into ten 30-minute episodes that follow the contestants from the sign-up period through all 20 weeks of the season, culminating in the award ceremony for the winners. Filmmakers quickly introduce viewers to the characters who bring contest excitement to life, including the contestants vying for millions, a team of sports betting experts who provide analysis and share weekly developments throughout the season, and the team at Circa Sports orchestrating the season-long adventure.
“The sheer carnage of the Circa Survivor contest delivered more drama than we could have imagined, with only one-percent of original entries surviving the first 5 weeks,” said Stephan Shelanski, Producer and Director at Longball Productions. “From the relief of making it through in a game’s final seconds to the heartbreak of some shockingly bad beats that wiped out thousands of entries, our second season highlighted great characters and made for some must-watch moments. Only a few contestants make it through to the end, but every episode captures the stakes, the suspense, and the unforgettable journey.”
There will be a total of ten episodes in this season. All episodes will be available on the VSiN website, with the first five posting at 9 p.m. ET on August 5 and the last five at 9 p.m. ET on August 12. For all episodes and additional details, visit VSiN.com/survivor.
To play Circa Survivor 2025, participants pick one team to win each week of the pro football season. If the contestant’s team wins, they survive to the next week; if not, they’re eliminated. The catch is that contestants can only select each team once during the season. The contest has grown year-over-year and the guaranteed minimum is $21 million for the 2025 season, which is already in production.
Along with Circa Survivor, Circa Sports returns with its 2025 Circa Million VII professional sports betting contest, delivering $6 million guaranteed in total prizes, with a $1 million first-place prize that comes with a coveted Circa Sports blue jacket. Additionally, the Las Vegas-based venture debuted Circa Grandissimo – a high-stakes survivor-style contest with a $1.5 million guaranteed, no rake at $100,000 per entry. Contest sign-ups are now open at any Circa Sports Nevada physical location or via proxy.
