Harvard vs. Iona

1:00 PM Eastern

Iona’s games are full of turnovers as they are 359th in turnovers per possession committed on offense but eighth in turnovers per possession forced, while Harvard entered Saturday 286th in the country in points per possession on offense.

Northern Kentucky vs. Robert Morris

Northern Kentucky entered Saturday’s action 284th in the country in points per possession scored. They face a Robert Morris team that has a big advantage on the boards, ranking 55th in rebound percentage, while Northern Kentucky is 251st in this category.

Detroit vs. Youngstown State

Though the backcourt of Detroit is a bit banged up, they have found a freshman in Grant Gondrezick II, who has scored at least 11 points in six straight games to stabilize the team. Youngstown State’s offense is outside of the top 300 in points per possession and are just 356th in 3-point shooting percentage.

Buffalo vs. Temple

Buffalo entered Saturday 310th or worse in both points scored and points allowed on a per possession basis, with point guard Tyson Dunn’s 4.9 turnovers per game being the most of any qualifying Division I player. Temple got back Lynn Greer from suspension three games ago, who should see an increase in minutes after being a starter in St. Joseph’s guard rotation last season.

Illinois-Chicago vs Illinois State

Illinois State has one of the most improved offensive units in the country from a season ago, ranking 45th in points per possession and ninth in 3-point shooting percentage. Illinois-Chicago entered Saturday 91st in points per possession on offense away from home while also ranking 341st in opponent 3-point shooting percentage and 33rd in possessions per game.

St. Thomas vs. UC Riverside

St. Thomas has one of the shortest rosters in college basketball, which has been a big reason the team entered Saturday 290th in rebound percentage while UC Riverside is allowing opponents to shoot just 28.3% from 3-point range at home this season, which becomes magnified by St. Thomas getting 38% of their total points from made 3-point shots, which ranks 51st in terms of highest percentages in the country.

Fort Wayne vs. UW Green Bay

Fort Wayne entered Saturday 28th nationally in points per possession on the road and fifth overall in fewest turnovers per possession. UW Green Bay is 348th in points per possession allowed and are dealing with an injury to Anthony Roy, who’s 25.7 points per game are the second-most for any player in the nation.

Mississippi Valley State vs. LSU

Mississippi Valley State has the opportunity to force this total to be unattainable, ranking last in the country in points per possession by a wide margin, scoring 11 points fewer per possession than any other Division I program this season. They are playing at a very slow pace, ranking 340th in possessions per game.
