The Giants back Webb up with a bullpen that is 16th in the league with a 3.96 ERA. They will look to help Webb shut down a Diamondbacks lineup that leads the league with over 5.5 runs per game.

Arizona’s lineup elevates their performance even further at home with just under 5.8 runs per game at home entering Monday’s series opener. They look to lend support for starting pitcher Brandon Pfaadt.

Pfaadt enters with a 4.66 ERA overall this season, but having allowed at least three runs in six of his past seven starts And at home, his ERA rises to 5.04.

The Giants offense has the biggest increase in home run rate on the road than at home, ranking last in the National League in home runs on a per-at-bat basis at home compared to third in the National League in this category on the road. Their overall run production goes from nearly 4.4 runs per game at home compared to 4.2 runs per game on the road.

With both starting pitchers entering this game in a funk and the Diamondbacks bullpen being far from effective with a 4.42 ERA, which ranks 24th in the league, this game sets up for lots of runs on both sides.
