The Mariners (68-66) just took two of three against the Rays, winning Wednesday’s series finale 6-2 as -160 home favorites. On the other hand, the Angels (55-79) just dropped two of three against the Tigers but avoided the sweep with a 3-0 win in yesterday’s series finale, cashing as +150 road dogs. In tonight’s series opener, the Mariners start righty George Kirby (9-10, 3.48 ERA) and the Angels counter with lefty Samuel Aldegheri, who is making his MLB debut. This line opened with Seattle listed as a -165 road favorite and Los Angeles a +140 home dog. Sharps have laid the wood with Seattle, steaming the Mariners up from -165 to -190.
