Now that the weekend is here, it’s time to simplify the grind. Instead of splitting sides/totals and player props into separate pieces, my weekend columns will bring everything under one roof — a streamlined look at my favorite bets for the day’s slate. Fewer words, hopefully the same results. Keep reading for my NBA picks and predictions for Saturday, November 7.

PARLAY: Nuggets ML vs. Pacers & Warriors ML vs. Magic (+101)
Nuggets at Pacers – 5:00 pm ET
Magic at Warriors – 8:30 pm ET
After a strong night last night, the last thing I want to do is force things this evening. That said, I’m taking two of my spread leans and pairing them in a moneyline parlay.
The first leg calls for the Nuggets to beat the Pacers. Denver has been a rough watch at times this season, but this is an opportunity to take advantage of a depleted Indiana squad. The Pacers are 1-4 with a net rating of -6.1 since Tyrese Haliburton went down with a hamstring injury. They’re performing like one of the worst teams in basketball, while the Nuggets have started to figure things out after a slow start.
Over the last four games, Denver is 3-1 with a net rating of +7.6. I can’t see Nikola Jokic letting this one get away, especially when the Nuggets aren’t being asked to slow down an elite offense.
If Denver takes care of business, we’ll need Golden State to beat Orlando. I’ll admit, this spread looks a little fishy to me. The Warriors have a net rating of +12.8 during their six-game winning streak, while the Magic have been one of the worst teams in the NBA. You’d think Golden State would be laying more than 5.5 points, which is why I got cold feet on the spread.
However, I’m willing to back the better team to win outright as part of this parlay. The Warriors have the Magic beat on both ends of the floor, and they also happen to have Wardell Stephen Curry II.
If that’s not enough for you, Golden State also has Steve Kerr. The 61-year-old is 80-17 straight-up with the Warriors when facing teams with winning percentages of 25% or worse.

Julius Randle Over 19.5 Points (-120 – 1.5 units) & Alt Points 25+ (+230 – 0.5 units) & Alt Points 30+ (+650 – 0.1 units) vs. Hawks
Nets at Hawks – 7:30 pm ET
I won’t be winning my ladders every night, but we’ve done well with a few of them, including Darius Acuff, Derik Queen, and P.J. Washington. Let’s see if we can hit another, even if this one isn’t quite as aggressive as the others.
Randle has scored at least 20 points in four of his last five games and six of his eight appearances this season. Now, the big southpaw gets a matchup with a Hawks team that could struggle to contain him.
Atlanta is allowing the second-most points in the paint, ranks 25th in the NBA in defending power forwards, and plays at the league’s third-fastest pace. That combination should give Randle plenty of opportunities to get downhill and put his strength to use. In an up-and-down game, his ability to bully his way to the basket should be an asset.
Oso Ighodaro Over 15.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-108) vs. Rockets
Rockets at Suns – 9:00 pm ET
Ighodaro replaced Khaman Maluach as Phoenix’s starting center on Thursday. He struggled a bit with the first unit, but I’m not worried. As long as he avoids foul trouble, he has the tools to fill up the stat sheet.
Ighodaro is a good rebounder and an underrated playmaking hub, so the Suns won’t hesitate to put the ball in his hands. With multiple ways for him to contribute, this PRA total feels a little low.
Before his last game, Ighodaro had gone Over 15.5 points, rebounds, and assists in three straight contests. I’d be surprised if he doesn’t get back over that number here, especially with Steven Adams and Clint Capela out.
One of Ighodaro’s drawbacks is that he’s a little undersized at center. Houston’s absences should make that less of a concern tonight.
Donovan Clingan Over 1.5 Made Threes (+176 – 0.5 units) vs. Spurs
Spurs at Trail Blazers – 10:00 pm ET
I’m sprinkling Clingan to knock down multiple threes tonight. He has only done it three times this season, but his willingness to shoot should be important in this matchup.
If Clingan is letting it rip from deep, he gives Victor Wembanyama a reason to leave the paint. That can open driving lanes for Portland’s slashers, including Deni Avdija.
That helps explain why Clingan attempted at least five threes in five of his final seven appearances against the Spurs last season. He’s also shooting a little better from deep in 2026-27. We don’t need a huge night — just enough volume for him to knock down two.
