The 2026 NBA Summer League is in full swing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Well, as the Vegas Sports & Information Network, it’s only fitting that we’re covering something that’s taking place right in our backyard. With that in mind, we’re going to be doing some daily best bets for the action in Sin City. Keep reading for our Summer League picks and predictions for Wednesday, July 15.
Suns ML (-140) vs. Pistons
This has the potential to be a bad number, so it might be worth waiting until we hear more about the availability of certain Sun players. Phoenix has likely seen everything it needs to see out of second-year big man Khaman Maluach, who has been the most dominant big in Vegas. However, with the Suns preaching culture, culture, and more culture over the last two years, perhaps they’ll play him and look to advance to the semifinals. And that’s really why Phoenix is worth playing. At 2-1, the Suns still have a shot at advancing to the knockout stages, while the Pistons have already been eliminated at 1-2. When these two teams are at full strength, it’s pretty clear Phoenix is the better squad.
Celtics ML (-120 – 1.5 units) vs. Kings
The Kings can’t possibly make the semifinals, but the Celtics are still alive at 2-1. Boston could still opt to play things safe with some of the better players on the roster, and we already saw them sit Hugo Gonzalez last game. But even if this turns into a backups-on-backups matchup, I’ll take the team that has the common goal of winning. This line has moved quite a bit Boston’s way since open, so I feel good about grabbing -120.
