Keeping this one simple on a 15-game NHL slate. It’s Saturday night, and this is the Canadiens Cole Caufield’s favorite day of the week. The Habs forward has scored on 11 of the 20 Saturdays this season, 19 goals in all. Caufield has scored goals in six of the last seven Saturday games. Five of the six games have been multi-goal games.
Nashville’s Steven Stamkos has also been on a roll with goals in four straight and in three of his last four games against Montreal. I will also take a shot with the Over, and I grabbed it at six at FanDuel. Ten of the last 13 Nashville home games have had six or more combined goals.

This game is all about the props. Give me the Over 5.5 goals. Each of the last four meetings had a combined six goals or more, including their most recent meeting in Utah six days ago, which saw the Mammoth win 4-3 in overtime.
A couple of player props. Utah’s Clayton Keller has recorded three or more shots on goal in eight consecutive games against the Kings and four or more shots in six of eight.
The Kings’ Trevor Moore has registered at least three shots on goal in five consecutive games, and Artemi Panarin has had at least three shots on goal in five straight and in five of seven versus Utah. He has six goals in his last five games versus the Mammoth. Quinton Byfield has goals in three straight games.
