Introducing ‘Fade Us Sports’ podcast

We announced the new fall lineup on Monday, but we’re not done.

VSiN is launching “Fade Us Sports” a weekly podcast featuring poker royalty Phil Hellmuth, Mike “The Mouth” Matusow, Brandon Cantu and David Woodley, who will bring their gambling prowess to the sports betting conversation.

The hosts of “Fade Us Sports” have earned 23 World Series of Poker bracelets and have more than $50 million in tournament winnings. And they’ve been known to bet a bob or two on sports.

Every week, the “Fade Us Sports” crew will break down the NFL matchups (Phil likes Totals), dive into their survivor pool strategies and share their tips for finding an edge.

The first episode will be published Wednesday and will be available wherever you find your podcasts.

CFB Week 1 betting systems

VSiN analytics guru Steve Makinen has developed eight Week 1 betting systems, including this one:

Huge favorites (-37.5 points or more) have been almost automatic in FBS vs. FBS matchups in the opening week(s) of college football since 2013, going 16-0 SU and 15-1 ATS (93.8%)!

There are five games with massive lines for this year in Week 1, three officially qualifying at this point. That is significantly more than average, considering there have only been 16 in 12 seasons:

  • Penn State (-44.5) vs. Nevada
  • Georgia (-39.5) vs. Marshall
  • Ole Miss (-37.5) vs. Georgia State

Also, watch these lines closely up until kickoff:

  • Michigan (-36.5) vs. New Mexico
  • USC (-35.5) vs. Missouri State

>Seven more systems from Steve.

Everything we post on Week 1 will be collected here, including Tyler Shoemaker‘s predictions based on his power ratings.

Need a proxy? Winners Circle Proxy is the official proxy for VSiN. In fact, yesterday I escorted two VSiN fans to the Winner’s Circle table in the middle of the Circa sportsbook. They were in and out and on their way to Stadium Swim in no time.
