VSiN Pro subscriber Kevin H from Rhode Island sent me this endorsement for Steve Makinen’s tourney trends.
I love Steve’s systems every year in every sport but especially this past week. CBB has been my white whale since I started betting 6 years ago. I have had the most profitable tourney week of all time based on Steve’s systems. +14 units in the last 7 days.
Thank you and may God continue to bless Steve Makinen. 🙂
Here are Steve’s trends for the mid-major conferences and for the Power 5.

NFL’s busy off-season
One of the lessons I learned in my pre-VSiN life — the hard way while commuting every week between Chicago and LA for two years — was movement doesn’t equal progress.
Case in point: There was plenty of NFL free-agent movement on Monday, including Sam Darnold to the Seahawks. The betting markets and time will tell how much progress.
For example, the Jets with no quarterback were 180-1 to win the Super Bowl. After agreeing to terms with Justin Fields, they are now 150-1.
Honey, get me rewrite
The Yankees were +800 to win the World Series with a win total of 91.5 when Adam Burke wrote his season betting preview and now they are +850 with a total of 89.5 after the news that ace starter Gerrit Cole will need Tommy John surgery and be out for the year.
