Like many of you, I watched PGA Tour newcomer Jackson Koivun hold off Scottie Scheffler for his first victory as a professional on Sunday—at 28-1.
Naturally, I wondered whether anyone on VSiN’s Long Shots podcast would come right back and bet on Koivun at this week’s Rocket Classic in Detroit.

Koivun opened around +2600 and has already been bet down to +2300, while Cameron Young enters as the tournament favorite at +950.
Instead, Wes Reynolds is backing another Jackson—Jackson Suber at 82-1.
I did find one vote of confidence for Koivun. On the VSiN Pro golf picks page, VSiN By The Books host Dave Ross has 0.2 units on the rising star.
