Bengals: Joe Burrow surprisingly played 13 snaps last week and Adam expects another limited workload.
Buccaneers: Todd Bowles says the starters will play, including Baker Mayfield.

Oakland starter Jack Perkins owns a 7.27 ERA with 1.8 home runs and 3.5 walks allowed per nine innings.
