I got a sneak peek at the guide over the weekend and always like seeing the Best Bets from our hosts and writers.
For example, these are from VSiN senior reporter Dave “Mr. Dog or Pass” Tuley:
Lions to win NFC North (+135), Over 11.5 wins (+125) and to win Super Bowl (+1325): I know these sound chalky for me, but I see value with the Lions at plus-money to win the NFC North and Over 11.5 season wins, and as of the deadline for this VSiN NFL Betting Guide, they were still being offered as high as +1325 to win the Super Bowl at Circa Sports (for the sake of comparison, 11-1 at William Hill, 10-1 at DraftKings and 8-1 at Westgate). There were definitely times last season when the Lions were the best team in the NFL and went 15-2. We don’t expect 15 wins again, but going Over 11.5 just needs a dozen wins so even a regression of three victories gets us there. The Lions are the two-time defending division champs, so the only reason they’re not odds-on favorites is because the division did so well overall last year, but I’ll still take the plus-money there, too.
If you think the NFL is far off, think again. The Hall of Fame Game is just a month away (July 31) and camps start opening for veterans on July 16.

Beasley under investigation
NBA free agency begins tonight at 6 ET when teams can start negotiating with other teams’ free agents
One free agent’s contract talks are on hold because of a gambling allegations.
ESPN reported that federal authorities are investigating Pistons guard Malik Beasley on allegations of gambling related to NBA games and prop bets
According to ESPN, the allegations are from the 2023-24 season, when Beasley played for the Bucks.
