In the early years of VSiN, I had to edit every story for our special betting guides.

Now, thanks to VSiN.com managing editor Adam Burke and his crew, I get to crack open the finished product and enjoy it like our subscribers.

What caught my eye?

Well, I definitely went through the CFP round-by-round predictions from our hosts and writers.

As you can see from the above pie chart on the national championship winner, we had two lone wolves who happen to be co-hosts on the VSiN By The Books (7-10 a.m. ET). Dave Ross went with Alabama and Jensen Lewis picked Miami. Also of note: Proud Indiana grad Wes Reynolds didn’t pick the Hoosiers to win it all and surprisingly strong support for Oregon to make the final.

Another feature I love is that we pick every bowl game, side and Total. Steve Makinen, who has been doing it since our first bowl guide in 2017, goes up against Adam, who is taking over this awesome responsibility from Brent Musburger. For the record, Steve and Adam are in agreement on Saturday’s LA Bowl: Washington (-9.5) vs. Boise State; Over 51.5.

This is especially handy if you are in a bowl pool and your deadline is today.

If you aren’t a VSiN Pro subscriber, we are offering the guide for a one-time price of $14.99. Go here for that option.

NFC South upset

The Falcons rallied from 14-point deficit to upset the Bucs 29-28 on Zane Gonzalez’s 43-yard FG as time expired on TNF to kick off NFL Week 15. Atlanta closed as a 6-point road underdog and +240 on the money line. The Total went Over 43.5. 👉 Dave Tuley’s season ATS stats.
