Stone discussed a potential Ohio State vs. Michigan rematch as well

Bowl season is a great time of year for college football bettors and Paul Stone is one of the best. Stone, who has been doing our Live Bet Saturday shows this season, shared some thoughts with Mitch Moss and Pauly Howard on Follow The Money about an Ohio State vs. Michigan National Championship rematch and then bowl angles on several games.

On a potential Ohio State vs. Michigan title game

Stone: “I made Ohio State -1 and most of the people that I follow have the Buckeyes as a small favorite as well.”

Louisville vs. Cincinnati Fenway Bowl

Stone: “Not only do you have the coaching angle (Satterfield leaving Louisville for Cincinnati), but one of my big questions is Malik Cunningham, the Louisville QB. He’s draft eligible, so this is a game I’m going to wait and see.”

South Alabama vs. Western Kentucky New Orleans Bowl

Stone: “There’s a key opt out in this game, that being Western Kentucky quarterback Austin Reed. Their backup didn’t play hardly at all and this is South Alabama’s first bowl appearance since 2014.”

Air Force vs. Baylor Armed Forces Bowl

Stone: “There’s a lot of sentiment out of Waco that they’re (Baylor) disappointed in their bowl assignment.”

Oklahoma vs. Florida State Cheez-It Bowl

Stone: “You know, again, this is a situation of who’s going to be available. Oklahoma is going to be one of the most impacted teams by opt-outs.”

Kansas State vs. Alabama Sugar Bowl

Stone: “This is an Alabama team that we saw what they did against Utah in a similar situation (2009 Sugar Bowl). I don’t think they’re going to have a lot of motivation.”

Washington vs. Texas Alamo Bowl

Stone: “This is a Husky team that is red hot and Michael Penix Jr. is one of the best quarterbacks in the country.”
