After an extremely busy Memorial Day Weekend, we had a relatively light day on Tuesday, though there was a full 15-game MLB card.
Let’s get to the specific details with our daily betting recaps, and then update the spread and total records in each sport (including the NBA and NHL stats heading to their final rounds).

MLB: Favorites went 9-6 with the biggest upsets by the A’s (+210 vs. Braves for their 2nd straight victory after losing 11 straight), Cubs (+161 vs. Rays) and Reds (+155 at Red Sox). Home teams went 10-5. Over/Unders split 7-7-1 with the push in MIL-TOR (9). On the season, faves lead 472-344 with 9 games closing pick-’em. Home teams lead 436-387 with 2 neutral sites. Overs lead 404-389-31 with 1 no-action.

NBA (ICYMI): After the Heat (7.5-point road dogs) upset the Celtics 103-84 in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals, dogs finished an impressive 7-4 SU and 10-1 ATS in the conference championship round, but faves still lead 51-27 SU and 41-36-1 ATS (53.2%) overall in the playoffs with 1 pick-’em. Road teams went 7-4 SU and 8-3 ATS in the round, but home teams still lead 48-31 SU and 43-35-1 ATS (55.1%) overall. Unders finished 6-5 in the round, but Overs still lead 39-38-2. The zig-zag improved to 5-4 ATS in the round and 35-29-1 ATS overall.

NHL (ICYMI): After the Golden Knights (+110 road dogs) upset the Stars to clinch the Western Conference Finals, dogs finished 5-3 in the round with 2 pick-’ems and lead 43-36 in playoffs with 4 PKs. Home/road teams split 5-5 in the round, but road teams improved to 46-37 overall. Unders went 6-4 in the round, but Over/Unders are back to .500 at 41-41-1. The zig-zag improved to 2-6 this round and leads 39-30 overall.
