Tim Murray’s 2025 NFL Mock Draft

Here is my NFL mock draft with some intriguing bet options still available.

There are so many questions this year, and I am not convinced that this draft will go chalk after the third pick. Look for our NFL Draft best bets at vsin.com/picks. Listen live or watch live to see all of our NFL Draft coverage and download the VSiN Watch App to stay up on the latest.

2025 NFL Mock Draft

1. Tennessee Titans – Miami QB Cam Ward

2. Cleveland Browns – Colorado WR/CB Travis Hunter

3. New York Giants – Penn State Edge Abdul Carter

4. New England Patriots – LSU OT Will Campbell

It feels like “the NFL Draft starts here” at the fourth pick. While my NFL Mock Draft has Will Campbell to the Patriots, I would not be surprised if the Patriots traded back and secured an offensive lineman later in the top 10. I think the Chicago Bears could trade up to #4 and select Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty. Jeanty is +300 to be selected by the Bears. Additionally, it would not shock me if the Patriots threw a “curveball” and drafted Georgia Edge Jalon Walker.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars – Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty

For weeks (maybe even months), the consensus was that Michigan DT Mason Graham would be selected by the Jaguars. On Monday, the betting market shifted. Now, Graham is expected to drop out of the top 5. A name to watch here is Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan. From the sounds of it, the Jaguars are looking to add an offensive skill player for QB Trevor Lawrence.

6. Las Vegas Raiders – Georgia LB Jalon Walker

Similar to the Jaguars, the Raiders were linked to a particular player for weeks: Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty. Whether that was to garner trade interest or strictly as a “smokescreen,” Las Vegas does not look like they will be selecting Jeanty with the sixth overall pick. My prediction is certainly against the grain, but I think the new Raiders front office gets the best player on the board with the sixth pick. Georgia’s Jalon Walker has received rave reviews from across the league during the draft process and could be a solid pick to start the Pete Carroll era. It is a long shot for Walker to go #6 with odds as high as +825 at BetMGM.

7. New York Jets – Penn State TE Tyler Warren

Tyler Warren is a stud. Despite Aaron Glenn being a defensive-minded head coach, I could see the Jets using the seventh pick on one of the top players in the draft. A long shot name that has been mentioned with this pick is Texas DB Jahdae Barron.

8. Carolina Panthers – Georgia Edge Mykel Williams

The Panthers have been linked to Jalon Walker for the past couple of weeks, but I think Carolina could be a spot where you’ll see a trade. If the Bears don’t trade up to #4 to grab Jeanty, it is possible to see them jump to grab Michigan TE Colston Loveland.

9. New Orleans Saints – Missouri OL Armand Membou

When the Derek Carr news broke that he could be sidelined for the year with a shoulder injury, it seemed likely the Saints would select a quarterback with the ninth overall pick (Shadeur Sanders or Jaxson Dart). Now, it seems more likely New Orleans will take either a defensive or offensive lineman with the ninth pick.

10. Chicago Bears – Michigan TE Colston Loveland

11. San Francisco 49ers – Texas A&M Walter Nolen

I found it interesting that ESPN NFL Insider Peter Schrager put Nolen to the 49ers at 11 and said the following, “I’d be shocked if Nolen fell out of the top 15 at this point – he might be the fastest riser in this draft.” Additionally, the Athletic’s Diana Russini said, “The San Francisco 49ers are expected to stick and pick, hoping for an edge rusher.” 49ers to select a DL/Edge is +120 at BetMGM.

12. Dallas Cowboys – Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan

Earlier this week, I bet the Cowboys to select a wide receiver with their first pick. If the board falls Dallas’ way, they could select either Texas WR Matthew Golden or McMillan with the 12th pick.

13. Miami Dolphins – Michigan DT Mason Graham

This might be too aggressive of a fall for Graham. The Dolphins could go with an offensive lineman with this selection as well.

14. Indianapolis Colts – Texas T Kelvin Banks Jr.

After Banks, there is a perceived drop-off at the tackle position, so he might not last until #14. The Colts have been linked to Warren and Loveland during the process, but if the Colts could grab Banks at 14, that would be a solid haul.

15. Atlanta Falcons – Tennessee Edge James Pearce Jr.

With only five picks, I think the Falcons could be a trade back candidate. Per the Athletic’s Dianna Russini, “The Falcons are focused on building up their defense with pass rushers – Tennessee’s James Pearce Jr. and Marshall’s Mike Green are in play for Atlanta.”

16. Arizona Cardinals – Texas DB Jahdae Barron

Barron vs. Michigan DB Will Johnson is likely the discussion here. On Wednesday morning, the betting market flipped Barron to the favorite over Johnson to be the first defensive back (not including Travis Hunter) to be selected. Johnson has injury concerns as Albert Breer wrote earlier this week, “Michigan CB Will Johnson has a knee issue that’s been flagged. It shouldn’t affect him in the short term, but teams are concerned it could impact his longevity. Add to the questions on Johnson’s long speed, which were not allayed when he decided not to run a 40, and the Wolverine star could slide.”

17. Cincinnati Bengals – Marshall Edge Mike Green

18. Seattle Seahawks – North Dakota State OL Grey Zabel

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Alabama LB Jihaad Campbell

20. Denver Broncos – North Carolina RB Omarion Hampton

21. Pittsburgh Steelers – Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders

I could certainly see Sanders drop out of the first round, but the Steelers, similar to the Broncos last year, do not have a second-round pick. The quarterback situation in Pittsburgh is less than ideal. Mike Tomlin, reportedly, is high on Sanders. I also gave out Sanders to be selected by the Steelers at +650 on VSiN Primetime on April 16, so I am trying to speak this pick into existence. Oregon DL Derrick Harmon has been listed in NFL mock drafts to the Steelers quite a bit.

22. LA Chargers – Michigan DL Kenneth Grant

23. Green Bay Packers – Texas WR Matthew Golden

The Packers have not used a first-round pick on a wide receiver since 2002. Wouldn’t it be fitting, while hosting the NFL Draft, Green Bay finally picked another wide receiver in the first round? It is a need for Green Bay, and I could see Golden or Ohio State WR Emeka Egbuka being the pick here. Green Bay to select a wide receiver with their first pick is +600 at BetMGM.

24. Minnesota Vikings – Ohio St. WR Emeka Egbuka

25. Houston Texans – Oregon DL Derrick Harmon

26. LA Rams – Michigan DB Will Johnson

Are the Rams a sneaky option to draft a quarterback at this pick? ESPN’s Peter Schrager mocked Jaxson Dart to the Rams. What about a trade up for a tight end? Dianna Russini of the Athletic wrote this on Wednesday morning, “Expect the Rams to once again show interest in a tight end in the first round. Last year, Los Angeles tried and failed to move up to select Brock Bowers. I’m told Sean McVay and Les Snead could once again try to move up and get their guy.” The Rams to select a tight end with the first pick is +600 at a number of shops.

27. Baltimore Ravens – Alabama OL Tyler Booker

28. Detroit Lions – Kentucky DB Maxwell Hairston

29. Washington Commanders – Texas A&M DL Shemar Stewart

Watch out for this spot as a potential trade out for a quarterback-needy team. I could see Washington trading with Cleveland or New Orleans to get Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart. However, I am currently of the belief that the Under 2.5 quarterbacks will hit, but I would not play it at the current price.

30. Buffalo Bills – Georgia S Malaki Starks

31. Kansas City Chiefs – Ohio State. OL Josh Simmons

32. Philadelphia Eagles – Oregon OL Josh Conerly Jr.
