Greg Peterson expects a low-scoring game Tuesday night at Wrigley Field.

Strong winds blowing in should help both pitchers, and while Cubs starter David Peterson’s 6.45 ERA looks ugly, Greg believes his underlying numbers point toward better results ahead.
