Opening Lines for Texans-Chiefs, Commanders-Lions and Ravens-Bills
Three of the four divisional games are set with the last one to be decided tonight.
Saturday
Texans (+8) at Chiefs, 4:30 p.m. ET (ABC/ESPN)
Commanders (+8.5) at Lions, 8 p.m. ET (Fox)
Sunday
Rams/Vikings at Eagles, 3 p.m. ET (NBC)
Ravens (+1) at Bills, 6:30 p.m. (CBS)
A road team finally won on Wild-Card Weekend as the Commanders (+3) kicked a last-second field goal to upset the Bucs 23-20 on Sunday night and join the Bills and Eagles in the divisional playoffs. >>Adam Burke sizes up the early lines.
Tonight, of course, both the Vikings and the Rams are on the road with the game in Glendale, Ariz. (8 p.m. ET, ABC/ESPN).
The Vikings were 1.5-point favorites with the game at SoFi Stadium, but moved to -2.5 on the neutral site. That was the same spread for their regular-season meeting on Oct. 24 when the Rams won 30-20 in LA.
Writes Zach Cohen in his betting preview:
Let’s put that game in the right context, as the Vikings had to go from Minneapolis to Los Angeles on a short week and also were coming off of the first of two games against the Lions, a game that they lost 31-29 on a 44-yard field goal with 15 seconds left. Are the travel and situational factors enough to mitigate what we saw on the field?
