A new football season means a new VSiN lineup.
Today, we start to roll it out.
What’s the biggest change?
That’s easy to answer: Gill Alexander’s A Numbers Game is expanding to three hours.
Here is the weekday lineup (ET times):
- 7-10 p.m. VSiN By the Books: Dave Ross and Jensen Lewis
- 10 a.m.-1 p.m. A Numbers Game with Gill Alexander with Kelley Bydlon
- 1-2 p.m. Prop Points with John Hansen
- 2-4 p.m. Money Moves with Stormy Buonantony and Jonathan Von Tobel
- 4-7 p.m. Follow The Money with Mitch Moss and Pauly Howard
- 7-11 p.m. VSiN PrimeTime with Tim Murray and Matt Youmans (Matt Brown/Mike Somich on Wednesdays)
- 11 p.m.-2 a.m. Cashing Out with Dustin Swedelson
The new weekend schedule won’t launch fully until NFL Week 1, but here are some highlights:
>We will start one hour earlier (9 a.m. ET) on Saturdays and Sundays to better serve you.
>Matt Youmans’ Circa Friday Football Invitational show will be expanded to three hours (7-10 p.m. ET) on Fridays, starting Sept. 5.
>Mitch Moss and Pauly Howard will kick off our Sunday coverage from 9 a.m.-noon ET, starting Sept. 7.
You can find the complete lineup here.
I’m excited this version of VSiN. I hope you are, too. (As always, feedback welcome.)
We’ve come a long way since we launched in 2017 with three shows — including Gill’s — over five hours.
CFB Week 1: First impressions
VSiN.com managing editor Adam Burke sets up the official Week 1 of the college football season with two pieces:
>Updated power ratings with his lines for this week’s games.
>Intriguing lines moves since the opening numbers were posted.
There’s no question what the big game of the week is: Texas at Ohio State (-2, 47.5), noon ET Saturday. So let’s see what Adam had to say about this one:
This is No. 1 vs. No. 3 and a game that has enormous hype. To be honest, it may not impact the playoff picture that much, as the loser can still win their conference and get a top-four seed. Nevertheless, with Julian Sayin in his first college game, the Buckeyes have fallen off the key number of -3 and are down to -2 across most of the market. The total has also fallen a little bit as well.
Everything we post on Week 1 will be collected here.
Your guide to the U.S. Open
The U.S. Open started Sunday and will continue for two weeks, so let’s go over what we offer every day.
VSiN tennis analyst Zach Cohen will post his Best Bets in the evening before the next day’s matches. You can find them on our tennis page.
That means Zach’s piece for Day 2 is already in.
Zach will post additional picks on our tennis picks page if he spots a play or two during the day. Gill Alexander will send me any picks he has for the page late at night.
You can find U.S. Open Betting Splits here.
