With one day until the World Cup semifinals begin, our attention turns to tonight’s Home Run Derby.
There are two things you should know before the first swing.
1. The format has changed.
Instead of hitting against a clock, each player gets 20 swings in the opening round and 15 swings in both the semifinals and championship round.

2. It’s on Netflix.
For the first time in more than 30 years, the Home Run Derby moves from ESPN to Netflix (8 p.m. ET).
Adam breaks down all eight participants, including hometown favorites Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper.
The hardest to handicap is probably White Sox rookie Munetaka Murakami (+500), who is just back from a hamstring injury.

“I have enjoyed the ride so far. We were brilliant against Mexico and did enough yesterday to get past a difficult Norway side. Jude Bellingham’s been phenomenal. I believe we have enough to beat Argentina but probably not France.”
