Home Run Derby Outright: Bryce Harper +800

Bryce Harper has already won the Home Run Derby once before, doing so at what was then his home ballpark as a member of the Washington Nationals in 2018. This is his first time competing in the derby since then, but he once again has familiarity with the ballpark, as this year’s derby is at Citizens Bank Park. He also has Los Angeles Dodgers third base coach Dino Ebel pitching to him, the same pitcher who threw to Teoscar Hernández during his winning performance in the 2024 Home Run Derby.

Derivative Market Bet: Munetaka Murakami To Miss Semifinals +116

While Munetaka Murakami was one of the fastest players in baseball to reach 20 home runs this season, he spent the entire month of June on the injured list, and his last home run came on May 27. And while Murakami participated in multiple Home Run Derbies while playing in Nippon Professional Baseball in Japan before joining the Chicago White Sox this season, he never won any of them.
