Houston Texans at Kansas City Chiefs

NFL Divisional Round Weekend kicks off with a rematch from Week 16, where the Chiefs won and covered as 3.5-point favorites, 27-19.

Houston scored on the first drive of the second half, but Tank Dell dislocated his kneecap on the touchdown and the wind got taken out of Houston’s sails.

The receiving situation has not gotten any better with Dell and Stefon Diggs already out. TE Cade Stover broke his collarbone and went on IR. New acquisition Diontae Johnson was also waived after just two games with the Texans after acting out in the locker room with his lack of playing time.

TE Dalton Schultz could be the beneficiary here as Chiefs DC Steve Spagnuolo and his group can take away Nico Collins. Kansas City allows the fifth most targets to tight ends in the NFL.

Houston has also ranked third in the league since Week 11 for early down pass rate at 63.2%.

NFL Divisional Round Best Bet: Dalton Schultz Over 37.5 Receiving Yards

On the Kansas City side, Travis Kelce will, of course, get most of the attention in the props, especially in the first TD market (he’s been the first in five of his last seven postseason games) and the yardage market (tallied at least 71 yards in his last 13 postseason games).

However, Xavier Worthy has stepped into the role held earlier in the season by Rashee Rice as the underneath target in space. In Worthy’s last three games, he has his three most targeted games of the season (11 at Cleveland – 6 catches, 11 vs. Houston – 7 catches, 9 at Pittsburgh – 8 catches).

NFL Divisional Round Best Bets:
Xavier Worthy Over 4.5 Receptions (-143)
Xavier Worthy Over 49.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

BEST OF THE REST
Ravens 1H ML -108 at Bills
