Let’s mix it up a bit today.

After all, college basketball isn’t the only sport you can bet on right now.

The PGA’s best are in action this week at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. I was ready to highlight Wes Reynolds’ longest shot at Bay Hill, but instead came across his shortest shot of the season thus far:

Rory McIlroy (+850): Admittedly, this is a shorter number, but he is over twice the price of deserved tournament favorite Scottie Scheffler and is in better form. McIlroy has finished no worse than fourth in six of his last eight worldwide starts and has won twice (DP World Tour Championship and AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am).

>>Look for Wes’ longer shots here.

Not your Average Joe

Joe Peta, author of Trading Bases: How a Wall Street Trader Made a Fortune Betting on Baseball, offered his MLB Win Total wagers on A Numbers Game with Gill Alexander.

Joe served up six bets:

Yankees Under 91.5 wins (+100)

Red Sox over 86.5 wins (-110)

Mariners Over 85.5 wins (-110)

Twins Over 84.5 wins (-120)

Guardians Under 82 wins (-115)

Pirates Under 77 wins (-110)

In this clip, Joe goes through his rationale on his Guardians and Pirates bets.
