Steve Makinen has some advice for bettors heading into NFL Week 2:
“Bettors need to understand that teams tend to react and progress from their Week 1 results to their Week 2 games similarly year after year.”

Small road underdogs of +1 to +6.5 are 44-17 ATS since 2016.
It gets even better when those teams are coming off a Week 1 loss: 26-6 ATS (81.3%), good for +19.4 units and a 60.6% ROI.
Why it works: The desperation to avoid 0-2 is apparent here. These are small road underdogs, so we’re generally not talking about the league’s doormats. While most still lose the game and fall to 0-2, they’ve proven remarkably competitive against the spread.
Week 2 plays: Detroit, Minnesota, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Jacksonville, WASHINGTON and INDIANAPOLIS.
Washington and Indianapolis are the two plays that also qualify for the 26-6 system.

Steve went back to the drawing board after last season, developing new Stability Systems to account for changes in college football brought on by NIL and the transfer portal.
So far, there are some promising results.
Teams with a lot of experienced starters have gone 10-0 SU and 8-2 ATS over the last two weeks. Teams with new defensive coordinators have also been profitable fades, as have teams with low overall Stability Scores of 0-6.
Now Steve has his final Stability System plays for Week 3.
The Brewers became the first team to clinch a division title, wrapping up the NL Central.
That was good news for Matt Youmans, who took Milwaukee to win the division at +275 in VSiN’s MLB Futures Draft.
But that might not even be Matt’s best pick.
