🏈 NFL Draft: Join VSiN for the action
The NFL Draft is tonight — and the bets are already in. At least in Nevada, where draft wagers are cut off 24 hours before the start.
Tim Murray and Matt Youmans will provide four hours of live draft analysis tonight (8 p.m.–midnight ET).
The analysis will be strong. If you’re in a jurisdiction that allows live betting, you might be looking to fire.
Of course, the entertainment will be watching them sweat their bets.
Matt has already shared his mock draft and Best Bets.

Tim has now posted his top plays and mock draft, including his thoughts on the “linchpin” players in this year’s draft.
Jeremiyah Love: No. 5 to the Giants.
Ty Simpson: Slight lean Over 29.5, with Arizona sitting at No. 34 but a candidate to move up.
(Simpson appears to be betting on himself — he’ll be at the draft tonight in Pittsburgh.)

John Hansen, host of Prop Points, joined the show Wednesday and shared six top plays — including:
Total Tight Ends Drafted in Round 1 Over 1.5 (+850)

Former NFL offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz and former Panthers GM Marty Hurney also weighed in on how Round 1 could unfold.

Programming note: Matt Brown — my vote for VSiN host with the most draft bets — hosts Countdown to the Draft from 7–8 p.m. ET.

Zig-Zag Theory Strikes Again
After a disappointing Game 1 loss to the eighth-seeded Magic, the Pistons bounced back in a big way Wednesday. In a must-win Game 2, Detroit beat the brakes off Orlando, cruising to a 98-83 win in a game that wasn’t as close as the final score suggests.
The Pistons closed as 8.5-point favorites, a number that looked a bit high given that both teams are tough, defensive-minded groups. But the Zig-Zag Theory continues to be a profitable way to attack both the NBA and NHL playoffs. Keep an eye on teams coming off losses — especially in the second leg of back-to-back home games.
Loaded Thursday Slate
We get Knicks-Hawks and Nuggets-Timberwolves, with both series tied 1-1. Add in Cavaliers-Raptors Game 3, and there’s plenty of drama on the board.
I’ll be breaking those games down with Jonathan Von Tobel and Kelley Bydlon on Thursday’s edition of Hardwood Handicappers.
